体质和我们的健康关系非常密切，我们的健康出现问题，通常就是体质出现问题，体质出现明显的偏颇，体质和我们的生命体验有关，提示和我们是否得病，得病以后的预后转归也有关系。

不同体质的人食用相同的食物的反应是不同的，营养价值高的食物也不是所有人都适合的，这是因为人的体质不同。

体质的定义：所谓体质，是在人的生命过程中，先天禀赋和后天获得的基础上，逐渐形成的在形态结构、生理功能，物质代谢和性格心理方面的综合的，固有的一些特质。每个人的体质都具有相对的稳定性，但是更具有动态的可变性。体质决定了我们的健康，决定了我们对疾病的易感性，也决定了得病以后对治疗的反应和他的预后转归。体质也应该是医生认识疾病，认识人体，制定治疗原则和维护健康的一条思维的主线。病理体质是从不良的生活方式中来和不良的生活环境中来。如果我们在生活中恣情纵欲，放纵自我，不呵护我们的体质，我们就会生病。医生在治病中如果不关注患者的体质，就会只见树木而不见森林，抓住标二失去本，甚至会把一些简单的疾病支撑一些复杂的疾病。不同的体质对不同的疾病具有易感性，比如痰湿体质就容易肥胖，尤其是中心性肥胖；特别容易出现高脂血症，高血压，容易有脂肪肝等等代谢性疾病；而气虚和阳虚的病人，特别容易出现外感性的疾病，消化道的疾病。我们了解体质就可以和我们的身体进行对话，
