记得二个礼拜前，我参加了“第十六届中国98投资贸易洽谈会”的展馆。在香港实德财富管理公司的展台前，我被一位姓蒋的先生服务过。之前他还有发了电邮给我。没想到，今天他从香港打电话过来，询问我对钓鱼岛事件与投资大环境之间关系的看法，询问了我对当前A股市场走势的看法，最后落脚点就是询问我对黄金投资机会的看法。。。。。。他沟通的话术不错，交流的方式也不错。今天算是领教了香港理财经理的“一对一”服务。

我感觉香港人做事，很有规划、很有职业感，敬业精神更加可嘉。大陆的理财经理能有这种精神，各家银行的业绩根本不用愁啊！所以，号召身边的客户经理们：向香港的理财经理学习！
