何万斌老师在《数字企业》演讲中表示,数字化变革是全方位的深层变革,从产品的研发、供应、制造到营销、交付、服务,再到产品和组织本身,都要实现数字化。

他讲到,企业做数字化变革,要做到“三个结合”:整体设计和痛点解决相结合、系统推进和单点突破相结合、业务导向和技术支撑相结合。

他认为,很多企业尤其是不到百亿规模的中小企业,重视数字化营销是好事,但过于重视则是短视。营销数字化很重要,但只是冰山一角,全方位数字化才是整座冰山。整座冰山也许需要冰山一角的显现,但冰山一角更需要整座冰山的支撑。

对于有条件做数字化转型的企业,他明确表达了和业界共识截然不同的观点,他认为营销数字化层面的消费互联网平台,仍然有诞生淘宝、美团、贝壳这样规模甚至更大规模企业的机会。
